Through a US Department of Agriculture grant, Pierce Conservation District is helping implement a county wide promotional campaign that will benefit 11 local Farmers Markets across 7 communities. This program will focus on helping low income/low access consumers get fresh, locally grown food and will ultimately benefit over 160 local farmers.
