Erica joined Pierce Conservation District as an AmeriCorps service member in 2018 and then was hired as a Program Coordinator before becoming a Program Manager in 2023. They manage Farm Foundations and the Urban Farms program. Born and raised in Tacoma, Erica has a strong connection to place here in Pierce County and is dedicated to serving their community.
