South Prairie Creek Preserve - Work Party

Come Join PCD in restoring South Prairie Creek Preserve! We will be planting trees and shrubs alongside the creek in order to provide shade, mitigate effects of flooding, and enhance salmon habitat!

What to expect:
- Expect uneven terrain, wet and/or muddy ground.
- Parking is limited. Please carpool with people in your party, if possible.
What to bring:
Dress for success!
- Long pants, long sleeves
- Closed-toed, water-resistant shoes
- Jacket, waterproof encouraged
Please bring your own:
- Full water bottle
- Work gloves [some lending gloves will be available, if needed]
- If you would like, you can bring your own shovel or pickaxe [tools will be available]
