IMG_0260 (2)The Annual Native Plant Sale is an all hands on deck affair, bringing staff from all of our program areas together with 35 volunteers to help distribute over 27,000 plants to 600 customers.

Thanks so much to all who purchased plants, volunteered with us, or otherwise supported our annual native plant sale! This special non-profit sale is all about encouraging the use of native plants, and making them accessible within our community. This year we were happy to provide over 27,000 plants to nearly 600 customers. We are thrilled to have this new cohort of plants dispersed throughout our lands, working diligently to protect our natural resources (and looking good in the process).

Plant Sale Board memberAs always, with so many sale items and customers, we relied heavily on our indispensable volunteer force. Some new, some coming back for their 16th year, 35 volunteers devoted over 150 hours to the event preparation. It is hard to think of a better, more collaborative way to invite so many folks to our new facility for the first time.
