Because this Strategic Plan outlines the District's targeted efforts and priorities for the next 5 years, it does not provide a comprehensive list of all measures used to monitor, improve, and evaluate our program effectiveness, impact, and operations. In our digital Strategic Plan, we detail all measures included in our Constituent Relationship Management system, and highlight the ones that have been added or elevated as a result of our strategic planning process.
