This 5-year Strategic Plan prioritizes the cultivation and strengthening of partnerships with communities, groups, organizations, coalitions, and jurisdictions. Leveraging our current and prospective partners' strengths is key to making the greatest impact with the most efficient use of our resources. To supplement our Key Actions outlined in the Strategy section of our Strategic Plan, we created a visual representation of our expected outcomes from our investment in these partnerships in the form of a network map. This network map depicts our current relationships with established partners and, by Spring 2022, depict the anticipated expansion/deepening of our network connections.
